摘要 农药在农业生产中发挥着不可替代的作用,能有效防治病虫害,提高农作物的产量和质量。同时,农药的大量使用也导致了食品中的农药残留。农药残留对人体健康具有潜在危害。因此,对食品中农药残留进行检测和限制至关重要。本文探讨食品中农药残留的检测方法,旨在为相关研究和实际应用提供参考。 Pesticides play an irreplaceable role in agricultural production,which can effectively control pests and diseases and improve crop yield and quality.At the same time,the heavy use of pesticides also leads to pesticide residues in food.Pesticide residues are potentially harmful to human health.Therefore,it is crucial to detect and limit pesticide residues in food.This paper discusses the detection method of pesticide residues in food,aiming to provide reference for related research and practical application.
