食品检测结果的准确性对于确保食品安全具有重要意义。而食品检测工作具有复杂性、专业性以及技术性,检测人员、仪器设备、标准物质、样品质量以及检测环境和方法都会影响食品检测结果的准确性。本文针对影响食品检测准确性的因素展开探讨,并提出相关对策,以供参考。
The accuracy of food testing results is of great significance for ensuring food safety.Food testing work is complex,professional,and technical,and the accuracy of food testing results can be affected by testing personnel,equipment,standard materials,sample quality,testing environment,and methods.This article explores the factors that affect the accuracy of food testing and proposes relevant countermeasures for reference.
