摘要
目的探讨围手术期优质护理在腹腔镜胰十二指肠切除术中的应用效果。方法选择2020年1月至2023年6月在丹东市中心医院行腹腔镜胰十二指肠切除术的80例患者作为研究对象。应用随机数字表法将其随机分为观察组与对照组,各40例。其中对照组给予常规护理,观察组患者采取围手术期优质护理。对比两组患者手术期间术中出血量、手术时间、排气时间、拔管时间及并发症发生率等情况。结果经护理干预后,观察组患者术中出血量低于对照组,且手术时间、排气时间、拔管时间比对照组短(P均<0.05),观察组患者术后并发症发生率比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论在腹腔镜胰十二指肠切除术中应用围手术期优质护理,可有效加速患者的康复进程,减少术后并发症的发生。
Objective To explore the application effect of high-quality perioperative care in laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy.Methods 80 patients who underwent laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy in Dandong Central Hospital from January 2020 to June 2023 were selected as observation subjects.Using the number table method,they were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group of 40 cases each.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received high-quality perioperative care.Compare the intraoperative bleeding volume,surgical time,exhaust time,extubation time,and incidence of complications between the two groups of patients during surgery.Results After nursing intervention,the intraoperative bleeding of patients in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the operation time,exhaust time,and extubation time were shorter than that of the control group(all P<0.05),and the incidence of postoperative complications in patients in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of high-quality perioperative care in laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy can effectively accelerate the patient's recovery process and reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications.
