活血化瘀方药调控水通道蛋白研究概况 被引量:2

摘要 张仲景提出“血不利则为水”的中医理论,指出了血与水之间的病理联系,即瘀血致水病机,为后世医家采用活血化瘀法治疗水液代谢障碍性疾病提供了思路,但其分子生物学机制尚不明确。水通道蛋白(AQPs)在维持机体水液代谢平衡中具有重要意义,当AQPs异常时,人体水液动态平衡被打破,可以引发多种疾病。近年来大量研究证实,活血化瘀方药可通过调控AQPs表达水平治疗脑水肿、肺水肿、便秘、组织肿胀等水液代谢障碍性疾病。基于此,拟通过综述AQPs在水液代谢障碍性疾病中的异常表达以及活血化瘀方药对其的调控机制,为“血不利则为水”提供分子生物学层面理论基础,以期为进一步研究及临床应用提供参考。 Zhang Zhongjing put forward the theory of traditional Chinese medicine that Xuebuli Zeweishui,pointed out the pathological relationship between blood and water,that is,the pathogenesis of water caused by blood stasis,which provided ideas for later generations of doctors to treat water metabolism disorders by activating blood and resolving stasis,but its molecular biological mechanism is not clear.Aquaporins are important in maintaining the balance of water metabolism in the body.When AQPs are abnormal,the dynamic balance of human water is broken,which can cause many diseases.In recent years,a large number of studies have confirmed that Blood-Activating and Stasis-Dissolving drugs can treat brain edema,pulmonary edema,constipation,tissue swelling and other body fluid metabolic diseases by regulating the expression level of AQPs.Based on this,it is proposed to review the abnormal expression of AQPs in water metabolism disorders and the regulatory mechanism of Blood-Activating and Stasis-Dissolving drugs,so as to provide a molecular biological theoretical basis for Xuebuli Zeweishui,in order to provide reference for further research and clinical application.
