摘要
科学合理的机制是推进新时代高校研究生导师立德树人的重要保障。立足于新的历史方位,推进新时代研究生导师立德树人机制的改革创新是提升研究生培养质量的重要要求,更是推进教育现代化的时代呼唤。要明确新时代落实研究生导师立德树人机制的目标指向,为推进立德树人根本目标的完成提供方向引领。新时代落实研究生导师立德树人机制也面临一定的现实困境,主要体现在政策激励制度吸引力不足、目标激励制度引领力不足、角色激励制度内驱力不足等方面。新时代落实研究生导师立德树人机制,要通过从政策激励、目标激励、角色激励以及典型激励等方面激发高校研究生导师立德树人的主体活力。
A scientific and reasonable mechanism is an important guarantee to promote the moral education of graduate student tutors in the new era.Based on the new historical position,the reform and innovation of the mechanism of promoting the moral integrity of postgraduate tutors in the new era is an important requirement for improving the quality of postgraduate training,and it is the call of the times to promote education modernization.It is necessary to clarify the goal of implementing the mechanism for graduate student tutors to promote moral education in the new era,so as to provide a direction to promote the completion of the fundamental goal of promoting the moral education of people.In the new era,the implementation of postgraduate tutors’mechanism for cultivating moral integrity also faces certain practical difficulties,which are mainly reflected in the lack of attractiveness of the policy incentive system,the lack of leading power of the target incentive system,and the lack of internal driving power of the role incentive system.In the new era,the implementation of the mechanism of moral education for graduate student tutors should stimulate the main vitality of the college graduate student tutors through policy incentives,goal incentives,role incentives and typical incentives.
