摘要
针对智能制造中物料需求的多样性、离散性、多变性,研究了RFID对物料品类的自动识别、PLC的人机交互与状态指示和AGV的自动导航及配送等物料自动配送相关的环节和技术特点,对实际工况、物料形态以及物料分配流程进行了分析,并以此为基础构建了用料工位、备料工位、电梯、物料检查站、AGV系统可协同的智慧仓储与配送系统,实现智能车间的生产和物流环节的配送自动化、管控透明化,解决常规人工配送系统的效率低、易出错等问题,最大程度减少计划外停机,减少送料人员3人,效率提高20.6%,错料率从0.3%降低至0.06%。以实际的包装材料配送项目为案例来构建系统,描述了包括用料工位叫料、仓库备料、自动运送、在途物料的自动防错检查、载具的回收、状态指示和请求去重等功能和相关的技术原理,具有较大的灵活性、普适性和扩展性,同样适用于生产原材料、半成品和成品的出入库和配送。
Aim at the diversity,discreteness,and variability of material requirements in intelligent manufacturing,the automatic identification of material categories by RFID,human-machine interaction and status indication by PLC,and automatic navigation and distribution by AGV are studied,as well as the technical characteristics of material automatic distribution.Through the analysis of actual working conditions,material forms,and material allocation processes,a smart warehousing and distribution system that can collaborate with material workstations,material preparation workstations,elevators,material inspection stations,and AGV systems has been constructed,achieving automation and transparency of distribution in the production and logistics processes of intelligent workshops.The problems of low efficiency and error prone in conventional manual distribution systems are solved,minimizing unplanned downtime,and reducing the number of material delivery personnel by 3,improving efficiency by 20.6%,and reducing the error rate from 0.3%to 0.06%.An actual packaging material distribution project is taken as a case to build a system,describing functions and related technical principles including material station calling,warehouse stocking,automatic transportation,automatic error prevention inspection of in transit materials,vehicle recycling,status indication,and repeat-request removal.It has great flexibility,universality,and scalability,and is also suitable for the production of raw materials,semi-finished products,and finished products in storage and distribution.
