摘要
随着我国经济社会的快速发展以及中国式现代化建设的需要,高职教育受到广泛关注,具有工匠精神的技能人才受到企业的普遍欢迎。实践证明,只有将工匠精神融入高职教育教学,才能培养出综合素养高、适应时代发展的高素质技术技能型人才。分析了工匠精神的内涵,阐释了高职英语教学中工匠精神培育的必要性,提出了工匠精神培育的路径与措施,进而推进高职英语教学改革,提高人才培养质量。
With the rapid development of China's economy and society and the development needs of socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics,higher vocational education has been widely concerned,technical talents with craftsmanship spirit have been generally favored and recognized by enterprises.Only by incorporating the craftsmanship spirit into higher vocational education can cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents.Based on the analysis and interpretation of the connotation of craftsmanship spirit,this paper expounds the necessity of cultivating the craftsman spirit in English teaching in higher vocational colleges,and proposes some suggestions and paths on the teaching reform of higher vocational English so as to promote the effectiveness of reform and improve the quality of cultivation of talents.
