摘要
医学检验技术专升本考试是提升医学检验技术专业人才培养质量及专业发展的路径之一。从学生学历提升、缓解大专就业压力、专业建设效果检视、优秀教学成果展示等角度出发,专业课教师均应积极思考如何帮助学生顺利升学以及成为新型医学检验技术高素质储备人才。通过多年的教学研究及辅导实践,不断助力学生实现更高层级学历提升,获得了较为实用的经验,学生升学成功率逐年提高,专业课教学建设效果也进一步提升。
Medical laboratory technology upgrading examination is one of the ways to improve the quality and professional development of medical laboratory technology professionals.From the perspectives of improving students'academic qualifications,relieving the employment pressure of junior colleges,examining the effect of professional construction and displaying excellent teaching results,teachers of specialized courses should actively think about how to help students successfully achieve their college entrance goals and become high-quality reserve talents of new medical laboratory technology.Through years of teaching research and counseling practice,the author has continuously helped students achieve higher level education promotion,and gained more practical experience.The success rate of students'admission has been significantly increased year by year,and the teaching construction effect of specialized courses has also been further improved.
