摘要
以河南航天精工制造有限公司生产定位销的加工流程为研究对象,分析了当前对定位销的加工过程,明确了六西格玛管理中的DMAIC方法对提升产品加工合格率具有可行性。通过具体六西格玛项目的实施,切实找出定位销加工生产中存在的根本问题,并有效提升了产品加工合格率,为产品质量的后续改进奠定了基础。
Takes the machining process of positioning pins produced by Henan Aerospace Preci⁃sion Manufacturing Co.,Ltd.as the research object,analyzes the current machining process of posi⁃tioning pins,and clarifies the feasibility of DMAIC method in Six Sigma management to improve product processing qualification rate.Through the implementation of specific Six Sigma projects,the fundamental problems in the processing and production of positioning pins were effectively identi⁃fied,and the product processing qualification rate was effectively improved,laying the foundation for subsequent improvement of product quality.
