摘要
针对容器类产品临时性附件去除后磁粉探伤(MT)一次合格率低的问题,基于QC方法,综合运用鱼骨图、流程图、统计学工具、过程能力分析工具等,对拉筋装焊与去除生产流程中关键工序进行调查、分析、制定对策、实施并巩固。
For the problem of low pass rate of magnetic particle detection(MT)after temporary attachment removal of vessel products.Based on the QC method,using the fishbone diagram,flow chart,statistical tools and process capability analysis tools,etc.to conduct investigation,analysis,make countermeasures,implement and consolidate to the key processes during tie plate fit-up welding and removal.
