摘要
以2-氨基烟酸(2-ANA)、硝酸铈(Ce(NO_(3))_3)和氢氧化钠(Na OH)为原料,合成出2-氨基烟酸铈(2-CANA)。通过红外分析、热分析等表征方法确定分子式为Ce(C_(6)H_(5)N_2O_(2))_(3)·3H_(2)O。通过静态热稳定实验研究2-CANA的热稳定性能,再与其他热稳定剂的热稳定性进行比较,同时,将2-CANA与硬脂酸锌(Zn St_(2))、季戊四醇(PE)进行一种或两种以上复配来探究其复配热稳定剂的热稳定性能。当2-CANA∶Zn St_(2)∶PE=2∶1∶2时,静态热稳定时间最长为51 min,动态热稳定时间为40.79 min,降解表观活化能(E_(a))是最高的,说明其协同作用较强,能够更加有效地抑制PVC降解反应的发生,使PVC降解能力减弱,并且其流变性能和力学性能最佳;当2-CANA∶Zn St_(2)∶PE=1∶1∶3时,其抗变色性能最佳。2-CANA能够有效地吸收PVC在热降解过程中释放的HCl气体,并生成CeCl_(3),有效地阻止PVC链上C-Cl和与氯相连的C-H断裂,使共轭双键减少,减缓PVC变色,抑制HCl的生成,在一定程度上延缓了PVC的热降解。
Cerium 2-aminonicotinate acid was synthesized from 2-aminonicotinic acid,cerium nitrate and sodium hydroxide.The molecular formula was determined to be Ce(C_(6)H_(5)N_(2)O_(2))_3·3H_2O by infrared analysis,thermal analysis and other characterization methods.The thermal stability of 2-CANA was studied through static thermal stability experiments,and then compared with the thermal stability of other thermal stabilizers.2-CANA was compounded with zinc stearate(ZnSt2)and pentaerythritol(PE)in one or more ways to explore the thermal stability of its compound heat stabilizer.When 2-CANA∶ZnSt_(2)∶PE is 2∶1∶2,the longest static thermal stability time is 51 min.when 2-CANA∶ZnSt_(2)∶PE is 1∶1∶3,its anti-discoloration performance is the best;When 2-CANA∶ZnSt_(2)∶PE is 2∶1∶2,the dynamic thermal stability time is 40.79 min,and the Ea is the highest,indicating that it has strong synergistic effect,which can more effectively inhibit the occurrence of PVC degradation reaction and weaken the degradation ability of PVC;When 2-CANA∶ZnSt_(2)∶PE is 2∶1∶2,its rheological and mechanical properties are the best.2-CANA can effectively absorb the HCl gas released by PVC during thermal degradation and generate CeCl_(3),which can effectively prevent the fracture of C-Cl on PVC chain and C-H connected with chlorine,reduce the generation of conjugated double bonds,slow down the discoloration of PVC,inhibit the generation of HCl,and delay the thermal degradation of PVC to a certain extent.
