摘要
以硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸锌和1,3-二甲基-6-氨基脲嘧啶进行复配,采用静态热老化法、刚果红法、转矩流变仪法、热重分析法对不同比例复配的复合型PVC热稳定剂的热稳定性进行研究。结果表明:当热稳定剂的配方Cast2、Znst2、DMAU的复配比例为3:1:2时,该复合热稳定剂呈现出较好的热稳定性、白度、润滑性与抗热降解能力,能有效达到PVC热稳定剂的目的。
Calcium stearate,zinc stearate and 1,3-dimethyl-6-aminouracil were used to compound PVC heat stabilizer.The thermal stability of different proportions of compound PVC heat stabilizer was studied by static thermal aging method,Congo red method,torque rheometer method and thermogravimetric analysis method.The results showed that:When the formula of heat stabilizer is Cast2,Znst2,DMAU compound ratio is 3:1:2,the composite heat stabilizer shows better thermal stability,whiteness,lubricity and thermal degradation resistance,so as to achieve the purpose of PVC heat stabilizer.
