摘要
银屑病是一种慢性、易复发的炎症性皮肤病。主要特征是免疫细胞浸润、表皮过度增生、角质形成细胞异常分化。目前主要治疗手段存在明显副作用、复发和耐药性等问题。溴结构域蛋白2(bromodomain protein 2,BRD2)作为转化医学研究领域的新方向,通过转录调控在银屑病的发生、发展中发挥重要作用,有望为银屑病的治疗提供新的疗法和治疗靶点。本文主要对BRD2基本特征和功能、近年来在银屑病的致病机理和治疗前景研究进展进行阐述。
Psoriasis is a chronic and relapsing inflammatory skin disease characterized by immune cell infiltration, epidermal hyperplasia, and abnormal differentiation of keratin-forming cells. However, current main treatments have significant side effects, relapse, and drug resistance. Therefore, new therapeutic targets need to be identified to treat psoriasis. Bromodomain protein 2(BRD2), a novel therapeutic avenue in translational medicine research, plays an essential role in psoriasis pathogenesis through transcriptional regulation and is expected to yield new therapeutic and therapeutic targets. This review provides an overview of the basic characteristics and functions of BRD2 and highlights recent research progress on the pathogenesis, and therapeutic prospects of psoriasis.
