摘要
雅鲁藏布江拥有独特且尚未开发的生物资源,以其两大代表性支流——尼洋河与拉萨河中的大型底栖无脊椎动物为研究对象,基于Meta分析,系统整理相关文献中的物种名录,分析其群落结构特征,并采用分类学多样性指数,解析两条河流大型底栖无脊椎动物生物多样性分异及其流域驱动因子。结果表明,尼洋河和拉萨河大型底栖无脊椎动物的分类单元数、平均分类差异指数、分类差异变异指数分别为94和51、74.02和74.10、521.50和329.60;尼洋河大型底栖无脊椎动物的平均分类差异指数略低于拉萨河,而分类差异变异指数明显高于拉萨河,表明尼洋河大型底栖无脊椎动物的亲缘关系更近,分类树更不均匀;尼洋河与拉萨河大型底栖无脊椎动物的平均分类差异指数和分类差异变异指数从上游、中游到下游都呈上升趋势,表明物种间的亲缘关系逐渐变远,分类树变得不均匀,两流域从上游到下游受到的各种干扰逐渐增加;尼洋河与拉萨河大型底栖无脊椎动物生物多样性分异的主要原因在于栖息地多样性的差异,而年降水量和坡降是影响栖息地多样性分异的主要流域驱动因子。
The Yarlung Tsangpo River possesses unique and unexplored biological resources.Based on metaanalysis,the benthic macroinvertebrates in its two representative tributaries,the Niyang River and the Lhasa River,were studied.The species lists in related literature were systematically sorted out,the community structure characteristics were analyzed,and the taxonomic diversity indices were used to analyze the differentiation of benthic macroinvertebrate biodiversity in the two rivers and their watershed driving factors.The results showed that the number of taxonomic units,average taxonomic distinctness index and variation in taxonomic distinctness index of benthic macroinvertebrates in the Niyang River and the Lhasa River were 94 and 51,74.02 and 74.10,521.50 and 329.60,respectively.The average taxonomic distinctness index of benthic macroinvertebrates in the Niyang River was slightly lower than that in the Lhasa River,while the variation in taxonomic distinctness index was significantly higher than that in the Lhasa River,indicating that the benthic macroinvertebrates in the Niyang River were more closely related and the taxonomic tree was more heterogeneous.Both the average taxonomic distinctness index and variation in taxonomic distinctness index of benthic macroinvertebrates in the Niyang River and the Lhasa River showed an increasing trend from the upper reaches to the lower reaches,indicating that the relationship between species gradually became distant,the taxonomic trees became heterogeneous,and the disturbances from the upper reaches to the lower reaches of the two watersheds gradually increased.The difference of habitat diversity is the main reason for the biodiversity differentiation of benthic macroinvertebrates between the Niyang River and the Lhasa River,and annual precipitation and slope are the main watershed driving factors affecting the diversity of habitat.
