单头切花菊腋芽抑制剂的筛选研究

摘要 为寻找能代替目前单头切花菊人工抹芽的方法,借鉴烟草栽培中的化学抑芽方法,以常用于烟草的6种抑芽剂为试验药剂,单头切花菊品种‘神马’为试验对象,通过试验比较不同抑芽剂对植株的药害情况和对植株腋芽的抑芽率.结果表明:使用氟节胺和仲丁灵在单头切花菊采收之前施用药剂一次,所测试的所有质量浓度的处理均不会对植株产生药害.同时在各药剂处理中,氟节胺稀释350倍和仲丁灵稀释50倍处理的抑芽率最高,分别为65.11%和63.93%.而使用菜草通稀释50倍和除芽通稀释50倍为抑芽药剂处理植株会对产生轻度药害,但对其正常生长的影响不显著.相对的,使用抑芽丹为抑芽药剂以不同质量浓度处理植株,都会产生严重的药害,影响其生长和开花.结合植株药害情况,所试药剂对单头切花菊腋芽抑制效果评价为:氟节胺、仲丁灵>菜草通>除芽通>抑芽丹.采用适合的抑芽剂对于替代人工抹芽、减本增效有重要意义. In order to find a method that can replace the current single head cut chrysanthemum artificial bud wiping method,referring to the chemical bud inhibition method in tobacco,six kinds of bud inhibition agents commonly used in tobacco were used as test agents,single head cut chrysanthemum cultivar—“What”was the test object,through the experiment to compare the different bud inhibition agents on the plant harm and the axillary bud inhibition rate.The results showed that the treatment of Flumetralin and zhongdingling were not harmful to the plants when the drug was applied once before the single head cut chrysanthemum was harvested,and the bud inhibition rate of Flumetralin 350 times and zhongdingling 50 times were the highest,which were 65.15%and 63.93%,respectively.The treatment of Caicaotong 50 times and Chuyatong 50 times would produce mild drug damage to the plants,but did not affect the normal growth of the plants.The treatment with different concentrations of maleic hydrazid would produce serious drug damage to the plants,affecting the growth and flowering of the plants.According to the condition of plant damage and the inhibition rate of buds,the inhibitory effect of the drug on single head cut Chrysanthemum was Flumetralin,Zhongdingling>Caicaotong>Chuyatong>maleic hydrazide.This method is of great significance to reduce cost and increase efficiency instead of artificial sprouting.
