摘要
总氮含量是复合肥料重要的质量控制指标之一,其测定方法主要有蒸馏后滴定法、自动分析仪法(包括定氮仪法和流动分析仪法)及杜马斯燃烧法。试验比较了3种总氮含量测定方法的精密度、准确度及试验操作的复杂程度。结果表明:3种测定方法的测定结果均在允许差范围内,且准确度较好;杜马斯燃烧法简单快捷、效率较高,适合大批量样品的检测;与蒸馏后滴定法相比,定氮仪法的蒸馏过程用时较短,操作相对简单,适合样品量较少时的检测;蒸馏后滴定法作为仲裁法,虽然操作较为复杂,但是测定结果的准确度和精密度更好。
Total nitrogen content is one of the important quality control indicators for compound fertilizers,and measurement methods mainly include titrimetric method after distillation,auto analyzer method(including nitrogen analyzer method and flow analyzer method),and Dumas combustion method.The experiment compared the precision,accuracy and complexity of three methods for determining total nitrogen content.The results show that the measurement results of the three methods are all within the allowable range of deviation,and the accuracy is good.The Dumas combustion method is simple,fast,and highly efficient,suitable for the detection of large batches of samples.Compared with the titrimetric method after distillation,the nitrogen analyzer method has a shorter distillation time and relatively simple operation,making it suitable for detection when the amount of sample is small.The titrimetric method after distillation,as an arbitration method,although the operation is more complex,the accuracy and precision of the determination results are better.
