摘要
随着美国于2011年率先提出材料基因组计划(materials genome initiative,MGI),为了解决传统材料研发“试错法”耗时长、成本高、效率低的问题,加速新材料的研发及应用,降低材料研发成本,近年来世界各国均开展了大量材料基因组计划相关研究。作为材料基因组计划的三大重要组成部分之一,材料高通量实验(试验及表征)技术已成为各国研究学者的重点关注对象。首先对材料高通量试验设计原理、实现思路及发展现状进行了梳理,分析了高通量试验在金属、非金属等材料体系制备及试验评价中的发展;同时总结了材料高通量表征技术的发展,根据表征参量不同,分析介绍了多种高通量表征技术;最后根据材料高通量试验及表征技术现状,对当前高通量试验及表征技术进行了总结及展望。
Following the initiation of the“materials genome initiative(MGI)”by the United States in 2011,intensive efforts have been made worldwide in recent years to address the problem related to protracted and costly traditional trial-and-error approach in materials research and development.The objective is to expedite the innovation and application of new materials while reducing the associated research and development costs.Among the three pivotal components of MGI,materials high-throughput experimentation(both testing and characterization)technology has garnered substantial attention from researchers worldwide.This paper commences by providing an overview of the principles underlying the design of high-throughput testing for materials,the strategies for their implementation,and the current state of their development.Furthermore,it delves into the evolution of high-throughput testing in diverse material systems,encompassing both metallic and non-metallic materials,addressing their synthesis and evaluation.The paper also consolidates the progress in high-throughput materials characterization technology,elucidating various techniques suitable for different characterization parameters.Ultimately,the paper encapsulates the contemporary status of materials high-throughput testing and characterization technology,concluding with a forward-looking perspective on the subject.
