BIM技术在某高桩码头施工中的应用

摘要 现阶段我国BIM技术发展迅猛,其先进的管理模式已渗透至建筑工程全寿命周期的不同领域。作为建筑行业的一场革命,BIM技术带来的效益也是有目共睹。本文以高桩码头为例,在施工过程中引入BIM技术,建立三维信息模型,在此基础上对项目开展BIM技术综合应用;凭借BIM技术可视化、信息化的优势,实现工程量统计、施工进度模拟、设计优化等工作,有助于提高工作效率、提升管理水平。 At this stage,BIM technology is developing rapidly in China,and its advanced management mode prevails in different fields covering the whole life cycle of construction work.As a revolution in the construction industry,BIM technology brings obvious benefit.Based on a piled wharf,BIM technology promoted and 3D information model built during the process of construction achieve the comprehensive application of BIM technology in projects.Such advantages as visualization and informatization owned by BIM technology support the statistics of engineering quantities,the simulation of construction progress and optimum design,which lead to improved work efficiency and management.
