Determination of Trace Phosphorus in Copper Alloy by MSF Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectrometry

摘要 建立了MSF电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定铜合金中微量磷的分析方法.以P213.617nm作为分析谱线,在最优仪器工作条件下,采用适宜浓度范围的标准曲线,经过MSF模型校准后上机测定.结果表明,谱线强度与磷浓度(0.05~1.00mg/L)之间线性关系良好(R^(2)=0.99954),测定4组标准样品相对标准偏差分别为1.33%,1.17%,1.00%,0.64%;测定同一样品加标回收率为96.8%~102.0%,相对标准偏差为1.15%.该方法操作简单、快速、准确,精密度和准确度高,适用于铜合金中微量磷含量测定,且可实现批量样品测定. The method for the determination of trace phosphorus in copper alloys by MSF-inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry was established.Using P213.617 nm as the analytical spectral line,under the optimal instrument operating conditions,a standard cure with the appropriate concentration range was used.All the samples were determined after MSF correction.The results showed that the spectral line intensity and phosphorus concentration had a goodlinear relationship between 0.05 and 1.00 mg/L(R^(2)=0.99954).The relative standard de-viations of the four standard samples were 1.33%,1.17%,1.00%,0.64%,respectively.And the recovery for the same sample was 96.8%~102.0%,with the relative standard deviation of 1.15%.The method is simple,fast,and ac-curate with high precision and accuracy,which can be applicable for the determination of trace phosphorus content in copper alloys,and it can realize the determination of batch samples.
