摘要
小学科学课程是提升青少年科学素养和核心素养的重要载体,而专业化的教师队伍是实践这一战略的核心力量。文本基于西部某省域91所小学的调研数据和教育部门公开数据,从群体和个体两个视角对当下小学科学教师队伍专业化发展存在的突出问题、受限归因进行分析,以期为纾解小学科学教师专业化发展问题提出适切的对策。
Primary school science curriculum is an important carrier to improve teenagers’scientific quality and core competence,and professional teachers are the backbone of the practice of this strategy.Based on the survey data of 91 primary schools in one Chinese western province,this paper analyzes the professional development status of primary school science teachers from the perspective of group and individual,and finds that there are still problems such as mismatch between pre-service training and national strategic needs,and the structure of in-service teachers to be optimized.On this basis,measures such as monitoring and feedback of science education quality are put forward to promote grassroots schools to pay attention to the recruitment and training of science teachers,and to force colleges and universities to improve the quality of science education major construction and the quantity of talent training.It is suggested that in-service teacher training institutions should improve the quality of in-service training of science teachers by implementing measures such as integration of science and education,production and education,teaching and research,and discipline integration so as to build a community of science teachers.
