摘要
探讨民办高校大学生自尊对职业决策困难的影响机理,以及抑郁和职业决策自我效能感作为中介变量在这过程中产生的链式中介效应,对575名广东某民办高校在校大学生展开问卷调查,结果表明:自尊可以显著负向预测职业决策困难;抑郁和职业决策自我效能感在自尊和职业决策困难之间起链式中介作用。研究认为教育工作者可以通过缓解大学生的抑郁情绪以及提升他们在求职过程中的职业决策自我效能感来减少出现职业决策困难的情况。
This study explores the mechanism of the impact of self-esteem of private university students on career decision-making difficulties,and the chain mediation effect of depression and career decision self-efficacy as mediating variables in this process.A questionnaire survey was conducted on 575 students from a private university in Guangdong.The results show that self-esteem can significantly negatively predict career decision-making difficulties;depression and career decision self-efficacy play a chain mediating role between self-esteem and career decision-making difficulties.The study believes that educators can reduce career decision-making difficulties by alleviating the depression of college students and enhancing their career decision self-efficacy in the job search process.
