艇及货箱用运载车装卸机构动力学特性分析

摘要 运载车作为主要运输货物的工具,不仅能够装卸货箱,还能运输冲锋舟,游艇等大型设备,是现在主要的运输方式之一。艇及货箱用运载车装卸过程的稳定性对运载物有较大影响,因此分析了运载车装卸机构组成与其作业过程,利用Solidworks和ADAMS软件联合建立了运载车装卸机构的模型,并对运载车装卸作业过程进行了动力学仿真,得到液压缸及关键冲击位置受力及动力学特性。通过优化运转速度,使运载车装卸机构受力降低到了初始状态的30%,为运载车装卸机构优化提供了支撑。 Carrier vehicles,as the main means of transporting goods,can not only load and unload cargo boxes,but also transport large equipment such as submarines and yachts,making them one of the main modes of transportation nowadays.The stability of the loading and unloading process of the carrier vehicle for boats and cargo containers has a significant impact on the load.Therefore,the composition of the loading and unloading mechanism of the carrier vehicle and its operation process were analyzed.A model of the loading and unloading mechanism of the carrier vehicle was established using SolidWorks and ADAMS software,and the dynamic simulation of the loading and unloading operation process of the carrier vehicle was carried out,obtaining the force and dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic cylinder and key impact positions.By optimizing the operating speed,the force on the loading and unloading mechanism of the transport vehicle was reduced to 30%of the initial state,providing support for the optimization of the loading and unloading mechanism of the transport vehicle.
