摘要
目的探究在糖尿病患者妇科手术围术期管理过程中运用血糖一体化管理对于控制患者餐后2 h血糖水平(2 hour postprandial blood glucose,2 hPG),糖化血红蛋白(glycosylated hemoglobin,HbA1c)水平的作用。方法选择2022年4月—2023年5月莆田市第一医院进行糖尿病妇科手术的患者60例为研究对象,随机数表法分为对照组(30例,手术期间开展常规管理)和观察组(30例,则开展血糖一体化管理)。比较两组血糖水平、胱抑素-C(cystatin C,CysC)、微量白蛋白肌酐比值(microalbumin creatinine ratio,UACR)水平及生活质量评分。结果管理后,观察组各项血糖水平、CysC、UACR水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗期间生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病妇科手术患者围术期管理过程中开展血糖一体化管理,可以降低患者2 hPG、HbA1c、UACR、CysC水平,提升患者生活质量,有助于患者进行恢复。
Objective To explore the effect of integrated blood glucose management on the control of 2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG)and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)levels in the perioperative management of gynecological surgery in diabetic patients.Methods 60 patients undergoing gynecological surgery for diabetes in Putian First Hospi-tal from April 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into control group(30 cases,routine management during surgery)and observation group(30 cases,integrated blood glucose management)by random number table method.Blood glucose level,cystatin C(CysC),microalbumin creatinine ratio(UACR)and qual-ity of life score were compared between the two groups.Results After management,the levels of blood glucose,CysC and UACR in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Carrying out integrated blood glucose management during the perioperative management of gynecologic surgery patients with diabetes mellitus can reduce the levels of 2 hPG,HbA1c,UACR,and CysC of the patients,improve the quality of life of the patients,and help the patients to un-dergo recovery.
