摘要
运用文献资料等方法,探究“十四五”时期我国体育公园建设价值和目标,并提出建设路径。价值:破解“健身去哪儿”难题,营造全民健身氛围;激活城市发展潜力,赋能城市更新计划;打造生态民生福祉,实现体绿融合共生。目标:加强政策引领,深化体制机制改革;科学规划布局,构建体育公园体系;创新建设方式,营造绿色运动场景;优化运营模式,提升服务管理水平。路径:完善标准制定和监督管理,保障有序化建设;加强统筹规划和高效布局,注重可及性设计;兼顾普惠均等与优质供给,推动差异化服务;加大科技投入和信息共享,实现智慧化发展。
By using the method of literature review,this paper analyzed the value and goal of sports park construction in China during the"14th Five-Year Plan"period,and put forward the construction path.Value:It solves the problem of"where to go forfitness"and creates a nationalfitness atmosphere,activates urban development potential and empowers urban renewal plans,and creates ecological well-being of people's livelihood to achieve the integration of sports and green.Goals:It should strengthen policy guidance to deepen institutional reform,scientifically plan the layout to build the system of sports park,innovate the construction mode to create a green sports scene,and optimize the operation model to improve service management level.Path:We should improve standard formulation and supervision management to ensure orderly construction,strengthen overall planning and efficient layout to focus on accessibility design,balance inclusive and equal access with high-quality supply to promote differentiated services,and increase investment in technology and information sharing to achieve intelligent development.
