摘要
当前,国家出台了一系列促进科技成果转移转化的政策文件和措施办法,在全社会营造了促进科技成果转移转化的良好环境,加快促进科技成果转移转化已经成为我国当前科技领域一项核心重要工作。文章从分析影响高校科技成果转化的体制机制因素入手,结合工作实际提出适合高校科技成果转化的对策建议。
At present,the state has issued a series of policy documents and measures to promote the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements,thus creating a good environment for promoting the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements in the whole society,accelerating the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements has become a core and important work in the current scientific and technological field of our country.Based on the analysis of the system and mechanism factors affecting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities.
