摘要
Graves病(GD)是一种常见的自身免疫性甲状腺疾病。患者体内存在促甲状腺激素受体抗体,通过激活促甲状腺激素受体,产生过量的甲状腺激素。表观遗传机制与GD的发生发展密切相关,DNA甲基化作为最常见的表观遗传修饰类型,在调控基因表达和细胞功能上具有重要作用。本文将对近年来DNA甲基化在GD中的研究进展进行综述。
Graves'disease(GD)is a common autoimmune thyroid disease,which is characterized by the presence of morbid antibodies to thyrotropin receptor and the production of excessive thyroid hormones by activating thyrotropin receptor.The epigenetic mechanism is closely related to the occurrence and development of GD.DNA methylation,as the most common type of epigenetic modification,plays an important role in regulating gene expression and cell function.This paper aims to review the research progress of DNA methylation in GD in recent years.
