摘要
甲状腺功能亢进症(简称甲亢)是一种常见的内分泌系统疾病。近年来,中医药治疗甲亢在理论和临床上均取得很大进展。辽宁中医药大学附属第二医院内分泌科研制的甲亢颗粒以“益气养血、滋阴制阳”为功能主治,能够有效改善甲亢患者的临床症状,帮助恢复甲状腺功能,不但具有较高的安全性,而且疗效显著。本文结合甲亢的病因、病机及甲亢颗粒的组方规律进行探讨。
Hyperthyroidism is a common endocrine system disease.In recent years,the treatment of hyperthyroidism by traditional Chinese medicine has made great progress both theoretically and clinically.The hyperthyroidism granules developed by the Department of Endocrinology of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with hyperthyroidism and help restore thyroid function.The drug not only has high safety,but also has significant curative effect.The main function of this drug is to“replenish qi and nourish blood,and enrich yin and subdue yang”.This article explores the etiology and pathogenesis of hyperthyroidism,as well as the formula rules of hyperthyroidism granules.
