摘要
为降低油田回收污水对污水系统出水水质的影响,针对油田回收污水直接回收到联合站污水处理系统影响回注水质和已建预处理装置处理效果不理想及运行成本较高的问题,开展了管道分离技术处理回收污水现场试验。试验结果表明:通过管道分离技术处理后的油田回收污水出水平均含油浓度、平均悬浮物固体质量浓度分别达到29.1 mg/L、76.2 mg/L,去除率分别为75.7%、41.0%;油水分离时间为310 s;与原预处理技术对比,每吨水处理成本降低52.0%。管道分离技术处理回收污水对油田开发具有重要意义。
In order to reduce the impact of recovered sewage on the effluent quality of the sewage system,in response to the issues of the direct recycling of the oilfield recycled sewage to the joint station sewage treatment system affecting the quality of reinjection water,the unsatisfactory treatment effect of existing pre-treatment devices,and the high operating cost,field tests are conducted on the treatment of recovered sewage using pipeline separation technology.The test results show that the average oil content and average suspended solids mass concentration of oilfield recovered sewage treated by pipeline separation technology reach 29.1 mg/L and 76.2 mg/L,respectively,with removal rates of 75.7%and 41.0%.The oil-water separation time is 310 s.Compared with the original pre-treatment technology,the cost per ton of water treatment is reduced by 52.0%.Pipeline separation technology for treating recovered sewage is of great significance for oilfield development.
