摘要
以油水为工质进行了液─液两相旋流分离的试验。研制了一种高效的油水旋流分离器。研究了流量、回流率、入口含油浓度、油的乳化等因素对分离效率的影响。试验发现旋流压降与流量成指数关系。对旋流分离过程中油粒破碎的机理进行了分析讨论,分析表明当修正韦伯数大于12时,油粒发生破碎。
Taking oil-water as working medium and carrying on liquid-liquid two- phase cyclone separating test,the authors developed a high efficiency oil-water cyclone separator. They studled the effect to the separating efficiency by the rate of flow,backflow rate,consistency of inlet oily water and the emulsion of oil etc. Test shows that the cyclone pressure drop with the rate of flow present the realtionship of index number. The article also discusses the mechanism of smashing of oil drop during course of cyclone separation.
