摘要
党的二十大对新时期加快推进健康中国建设作出全面的战略部署,党建工作和卫生健康事业得到进一步的重视与发展,新时代带来新使命,如何加强党建工作成为公立医院实现高质量发展必不可少的重要一环。本文以厦门市儿童医院为例,分析医院在党建方面存在党建与业务融合度不高、组织建设不完善、考核机制不健全、工作缺乏创新性等问题,并从医院的实践经验出发,就完善顶层领导设计、夯实组织体系建设、优化人才培养工作、健全监督考核机制、强化理论思想武装、积极参与文明创建等方面作出探索并获得一定成效,进一步就创新医院发展思路、引入科学管理方式、凝练品牌特色、形成可借鉴经验等方面提出思考,为公立医院加强党建工作提供借鉴和启发。
The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China made a comprehensive strategic deployment to accelerate the construction of a healthy China in the new era.Party building work and the cause of health have been further valued and developed,and the new era has brought new missions.How to strengthen Party building work has become an essential and important part of achieving high-quality development in public hospitals.This article takes Xiamen Children's Hospital as an example to analyze the problems of low integration between party building and business,incomplete organizational construction,incomplete assessment mechanism,and lack of innovation in work in the hospital's party building.Based on the hospital's practical experience,this article aims to improve top-level leadership design,strengthen organizational system construction,optimize talent training work,improve supervision and assessment mechanisms,and strengthen theoretical and ideological armed forces actively participating in the creation of civilization and achieving certain results,further exploring innovative hospital development ideas,introducing scientific management methods,refining brand characteristics,and forming valuable experiences,providing reference and inspiration for strengthening party building work in public hospitals.
