摘要
分析经皮穿刺椎体成形术(percutaneous vertebro plasty,PVP)治疗胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者的效果。选择余庆县人民医院2022年5月1日—2023年4月30日收治的50例胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者为研究对象,将患者平均分为两组,分别为对照组和观察组。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施PVP围手术期优质护理,对比两组患者护理效果。结果显示,护理后,观察组患者ODI指数低于对照组,椎体前缘高度、JOA评分、Barthel指数高于对照组,不良事件发生率低于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,护理总满意度高于对照组,组间数据差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究发现,胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者接受PVP围手术期护理,能改善患者椎体形态,促进患者肢体功能恢复,提升其生活质量,值得推广应用。
Analyze the effectiveness of percutaneous vertebroplasty(percutaneous vertebro plasty,PVP)in treating patients with thoracolumbar compression fractures.Fifty patients with thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures admitted to Yuqing County People’s Hospital from May 1,2022 to April 30,2023 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were evenly divided into two groups,namely the control group and the observation group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received high-quality perioperative care for PVP.The nursing effects of the two groups of patients were compared.The results showed that after nursing,the ODI index of patients in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,while the anterior vertebral height,JOA score,and Barthel index were higher than those in the control group.The incidence of adverse events was lower than that in the control group,and the quality of life score was higher than that in the control group.The overall satisfaction with nursing was higher than that in the control group,and there was a statistically significant difference in data between the groups(P<0.05).Research has found that perioperative care with PVP for patients with thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures can improve vertebral morphology,promote limb function recovery,and improve their quality of life,which is worthy of promotion and application.
