摘要
过氧化物还原酶(peroxiredoxin,Prx/Prdx)是近年来发现的一个高度保守的抗氧化酶家族,参与维持细胞内活性氧平衡。Prx在原核生物、真核生物甚至古菌等所有生物体内都有分布。近年来,大量的研究表明,它们在抗氧化、信号传导、癌症发生、免疫反应等方面发挥重要的作用。本文主要对Prx家族的分类、催化机制及发挥的主要功能作一简要概述,并指出其相关作用机制尚待深入研究,以期为Prx家族的研究工作提供一些参考。
Peroxiredoxin(Prx/Prdx)is a highly conserved antioxidant enzyme family discovered in recent years,which is involved in maintaining the balance of intracellular reactive oxygen species.Prx is distributed in all organisms,including prokaryotes,eukaryotes,and even archaea.A large number of studies have shown that they play an important role in antioxidant,signal transduction,carcinogenesis,immune response,and other aspects in recent years.In this paper,the classification,catalytic mechanism and mediated functions of Prx family were briefly reviewed,and it was pointed out that the relevant mechanism of action needs further study,in order to provide some references for the research of Prx family.
