摘要
30CrMnSi钢表面渗入少量的硼,可以得到优良的表面力学性能,传统盐浴渗硼工艺温度高,晶粒容易长大。实验在渗硼之前,先往30CrMnSi钢表面渗入有细化晶粒作用的氮元素,从而抑制渗硼过程中的晶粒长大。而且硼可以与30CrMnSi钢中的锰组合成Mn-B系空冷贝氏体钢,正火后观察渗层组织和测试硬度,探讨优化渗层的方法。
When a small amount of boron is infiltrated into the surface of 30CrMnSi steel,excellent surface mechanical properties can be obtained.The traditional salt bath boronizing process has high temperature and easy grain growth.In this experiment,the nitrogen element which can refine the grain was infiltrated into the surface of 30CrMnSi steel before boronizing,so as to restrain the grain growth during boronizing.Moreover,boron can be combined with manganese in 30CrMnSi steel to form Mn-B air-cooled bainitic steel.Through normalizing,the microstructure of the carburized layer is observed and the hardness is tested,and the method of optimizing the carburized layer is discussed.
