摘要
研究了高硬度钢的冲击磨损失效规律及实质。采用循环斜冲击磨损试验方法,通过对材料的磨耗、磨损亚表层组织及磨屑的分析,讨论了材料的冲击磨损失效特点,并提出了相应失效模型。结果表明:冲击磨损表层形成了二个特征区域,即白层和形变层。白层实质上是冲击表层的强烈变形区,白层导致材料失效。在实验基础上,文中提出了白层诱发失效的二种模型。
The characteristic of impact wear of high hardness steel has been studied by repetitive im pact testing. The subsurface mirostructure and wear debris are observed. The properties of wear resistance and failure models are discussed. The results indicate that there are two zones beneath the abraded surface namely white layer and defomation layer. The white layer is intense deformed layer. The microcracks,firstly occured in the white layer,cause the failure of steel. Based on the experiment,two failure models induced by white layer are performed.
