摘要
探讨精准血糖管理集束化方案对于重症监护室患者血糖管理的价值。随机选取2020年3月—2022年11月南通市第一人民医院急诊重症监护室的50例患者进行研究,按照随机数字表法将50例患者随机分为对照组(实施血糖常规护理)和实验组(实施精准血糖管理集束化方案),每组25例,分析和对比两组重症患者血糖管理中不良事件发生情况以及血糖稳定相关指标和血糖控制情况。结果显示,实验组患者不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者血糖相关稳定指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者血糖最高值低于对照组,血糖恢复用时短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究发现,精准血糖管理集束化方案可以明显降低重症患者高血糖和血糖失控发生率,对于稳定患者血糖效果显著,该血糖管理方案值得推广。
Exploring the value of precise blood glucose management cluster solutions for blood glucose management in intensive care unit patients.Randomly select 50 patients from the Emergency Intensive Care Unit of Nantong First People’s Hospital from March 2020 to November 2022 for the study.According to the random number table method,50 patients were randomly divided into a control group(implementing routine blood glucose care)and an experimental group(implementing precise blood glucose management cluster plan),with 25 patients in each group.Analyze and compare the occurrence of adverse events,blood glucose stability related indicators,and blood glucose control in the blood glucose management of two groups of critically ill patients.The results showed that the incidence of adverse events in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);The blood glucose related stable indicators in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);The highest blood glucose level in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the recovery time for blood glucose was shorter than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Research has found that the precise blood glucose management cluster scheme can significantly reduce the incidence of hyperglycemia and uncontrolled blood glucose in critically ill patients,and has a significant effect on stabilizing blood glucose levels in patients.This blood glucose management scheme is worth promoting.
