摘要
对食品检验中微生物检测技术的应用价值进行分析。选取2022年3月—2023年3月50份待检食品作为此次检测对象,所有食品均实施微生物检测技术检验,对果冻、饼干、饮用水、水果、糖果、蔬菜、饮料、肉类的检出情况进行分析,并计算病菌检出情况。结果显示,肉类、饼干的阳性率较高,分别为60.00%(3/5)、40.00%(2/5);各致病菌检出情况分析结果显示大肠菌的检出率最高,占比为34.00%(17/50)、志贺氏菌检出率最低,占比为8.00%(4/50)。研究发现,微生物检测技术的应用价值、可行性较高,可以帮助检出待测食品是否含有微生物,对维护消费者的机体健康具有积极意义。
Analyze the application value of microbial detection technology in food inspection.50 samples of food to be tested from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the test subjects.All foods were subjected to microbiological testing techniques,and the detection status of jelly,biscuits,drinking water,fruits,candies,vegetables,beverages,and meat was analyzed,and the detection status of bacteria was calculated.The results showed that the positive rates of meat and biscuits were higher,with 60.00%(3/5)and 40.00%(2/5)respectively;The analysis of the detection status of various pathogenic bacteria showed that the detection rate of Escherichia coli was the highest,accounting for 34.00%(17/50),and the detection rate of Shigella was the lowest,accounting for 8.00%(4/50).Research has found that the application value and feasibility of microbial detection technology are high,which can help detect whether the tested food contains microorganisms and has positive significance in maintaining consumers’physical health.
