仿生固壁钻井液技术在苏53区块水平井水平段应用

Application of the Biomimetic Well-Bore Strengthening Drilling Fluid Technology in Horizontal Section of SU53 Block’s Horizontal Wells

摘要 针对苏里格水平井水平段钻遇泥岩易塌及衍生的井下复杂,引入了中国石油大学(北京)蒋官澄教授等人提出的仿生固壁钻井液技术,力求由物理平衡井壁向力学-化学耦合强化井壁转变,现场成功试验三口水平井,其中苏53-70-22H井施工应用最具代表性。本文结合实验数据、现场数据着重介绍了该技术在苏53-70-22H水平段的成功应用。 To overcome the frequent mudstone instability and secondary borehole problems during drilling horizontal section in SULIGE horizontal well,this article introduced biomimetic well-bore strengthening drilling fluid technology,developed by Professor Jiang Guancheng from China University of Petroleum(Beijing),and raised that strengthen well bore by mechanical and chemical interconnection instead of physical methods.In accordance with the experiment data and the field data,this paper detailedly explained the successful application of this technology in horizontal section drilling of SU53-70-22H.
