摘要
由于不同完井方式下水平井井筒气水的流动规律存在差异,在完井设计中需考虑选择更利于气井排液生产的完井方式。为了明确完井方式对水平井井筒流动规律的影响,搭建了全井筒多相流可视化模拟实验平台,对不同完井形式的水平井井筒整体流动规律进行实验模拟,并分析了各井段在不同气水流量下的流型、压降损失及井筒排液能力的差异。实验结果表明,套管固井完井和套管不固井完井方式下,斜井段和直井段的流动规律相似,其中斜井段气液扰动程度大,气液滑脱现象明显,是水平井最易形成积液的井段;水平段的流动规律差异较大,套管不固井完井方式在油套环空容易形成液体滞留,整体流动性较差,且压降梯度较大,井筒排液能力差。因此,从提高水平井井筒整体流动性和排液能力方面考虑,长庆气田水平气井在水平段宜采用套管固井完井方式生产,该研究为气田水平井完井生产设计及排水采气工艺提供指导依据。
It is necessary to select the completion method which is more conducive to gas well drainage and production in the completion design due to the difference of gas-liquid flow law in horizontal well under different completion methods.In order to study the influence of different types of well completions on gas-liquid flow in horizontal gas wellbore,a visible experimental platform for simulating multi-phase flow in horizontal wellbore has been established in this paper.The whole flow law of horizontal well of different completion types is simulated experimentally,and the difference of the flow pattern,pressure loss and wellbore drainage capacity under different gas-liquid flow rate are analyzed.The experiment result shows that the flow law of inclined well section is similar to that of straight well section under casing cemented completion and uncemented completion,the gas-liquid disturbance degree is large and the gas-liquid slip-off phenomenon is obvious in the inclined well section,which is the most easy to form liquid accumulation in horizontal well;the flow laws of horizontal sections are very different,and it is easy to form liquid retention in the casing-tubing annulus using the casing uncemented completion method,and the overall fluidity is poor,and the pressure loss gradient is large,and the wellbore drainage capacity is poor.In order to improve the overall flowability and drainage capacity of the horizontal well-bore,it is recommended to use casing cemented completion method for production in the horizontal section of horizontal gas wells in Changqing Gas Feild.This study provides guidance for the production design of horizontal well completion and drainage gas recovery technology in gas field.
