摘要
为了提高小区播种机锥体分种器分种均匀性和自动化水平,解决传统小区播种机作业时分种不均匀、人工投种作业强度大、投种器水平度难以持续稳定调节等问题,设计了一种基于现有手动调节水平的自动调平投种装置。首先,为确保投种器分种均匀性与作业的稳定性,对投种器的结构进行设计;然后,对种子的落种过程进行理论分析,确定了关键部件结构;最后,利用SPSS25.0软件设计三因素三水平试验,分析了影响投种器分种均匀性的主要因素,结果表明:各因素对投种器分种均匀性影响程度的主次顺序为锥体角度、导种管直径、漏斗口直径。最优参数条件下分种时,投种器分种均匀性较好,能够满足小区播种机投种器分种作业的需求。研究结果可为小区播种机分种均匀性问题的深入研究提供参考。
In order to improve the seed separation uniformity and automation level of cone seed splitter of community planter,and solve the problems of uneven seed separation,high intensity of manual seed feeding operation and difficult to continuously and stably adjust the levelness of seed feeder of traditional community planter,an automatic leveling seed feeding device based on the existing manual adjustment level is designed.In order to ensure the uniformity of seed separation and the stability of operation,firstly,the structure of seed feeder is designed,which is mainly composed of seed storage tube,cone,horizontal adjustment control system and seed storage tube lifting parts.Secondly,the seed dropping process is theoretically analyzed and the structure of key components is designed,and the parameters and value range of key components affecting seed separation uniformity are determined.Using spss25.0 software design,three factors and three levels test,and analyze the main factors affecting the seed uniformity of the seed feeder.The results showed that the primary and secondary order of the influence of various factors on the seed uniformity of the seed feeder was:cone angle,seed guide tube diameter and funnel mouth diameter;The performance verification test of seed feeder shows that under the optimal parameters,the seed feeder has good seed separation uniformity,meets the needs of seed separation operation of community planter,and provides a reference for the in-depth study of seed separation uniformity of community planter.
