摘要
N6-甲基腺苷(m 6 A)甲基化修饰受甲基转移酶、去甲基化酶和甲基化识别蛋白的动态调节,在表观遗传机制中发挥重要作用,可通过调控mRNA修饰参与包括心血管疾病在内的多种衰老相关疾病的发生发展。文章主要就m 6 A mRNA修饰对心血管衰老的影响以及在心血管疾病中的作用机制及作为生物标志物和治疗靶点的应用前景进行综述。
N6-methyladenosine(m 6 A)methylation modification is dynamically regulated by methyltransferase,demethylase and methylation recognition protein,and plays an important role in epigenetic mechanism.By regulating mRNA modification,it can participate in the occurrence and development of a variety of age-related diseases including cardiovascular diseases by regulating mRNA modification.This article mainly reviews the effect of m 6A mRNA modification on cardiovascular aging,its mechanism of action in cardiovascular diseases,and its application prospects as biomarkers and therapeutic targets.
