摘要
该文运用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法和数理统计法等研究方法,以安徽省赛艇项目运动员为调查对象,对安徽省赛艇项目运动员运动损伤现状展开调查.结果表明:每位安徽省赛艇项目运动员一年当中都有发生运动损伤的经历,多数赛艇项目运动员运动损伤的年发生次数为3~5次;腰背部、膝关节、肩关节、踝关节、肘关节是赛艇项目运动员发生运动损伤的5个主要部位;运动损伤发生的主要时期为赛前集训时期;肌肉韧带拉伤、腰肌劳损、骨折、软组织挫伤、关节损伤是赛艇项目运动员发生运动损伤的5种主要类型;运动损伤以轻度损伤居多;运动损伤的原因多样化,身体疲劳是影响运动损伤发生的最主要因素.针对存在的问题提出干预措施,为预防安徽省赛艇项目运动员运动损伤的发生提供理论依据.
By using the methods of literature review,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and interview,and taking the rowing athletes in Anhui Province as the object of investigation,the present situation of sports injury of rowing athletes in Anhui Province was investigated in this paper.The results showed that every rower in Anhui Province had the experience of sports injury each year,and most rowers had three to five times of sports injury;the waist back,knee joint,shoulder joint,ankle joint and elbow joint were the main five parts of rowing athletes'sports injury;the main period of sports injury was pre-competition training period;muscle ligament strain,lumbar muscle strain,fracture,soft tissue contusion and joint injury were the main five types of rowing athletes'sports injury;most of sports injuries were mild;the reasons of rowing athletes'sports injury were various,and physical fatigue was the most important factor that affected the occurrence of sports injury.In view of the existing problems,this paper put forward some pertinent preventive measures to provide a theoretical basis for the prevention of sports injury of rowing athletes in Anhui Province.
