电子竞技运动损伤特征及预防和康复方法的研究进展

摘要 电竞运动员或普通参与者久坐、过度使用身体特定部位和关节容易导致身体部位的慢性损伤。为充分认识电子竞技所造成的运动损伤,并研制科学的预防方法,本文整理了国内外相关研究,结果发现:超过一半的受访电竞运动员有运动损伤症状,损伤部位主要集中在颈、肩、背及手部,且损伤后运动员就诊率偏低。电子竞技运动损伤因素包括身体姿势、训练时长和抑郁情绪等。其损伤机制与长期保持同一姿势导致肌肉紧张、发生机械性形变、从而影响肌肉的新陈代谢和物质循环有关。应对方法主要从预防和康复治疗的角度考虑,包括保持正确身体姿势、相关设备符合人机工效学、应用不同的治疗方法和进行功能性训练。 Sedentary and excessive use of specific parts and joints by e-sports athletes or ordinary players can easily cause chronic injuries of body parts.For a complete understanding of the e-sports injuries and scientific prevention methods,this study collated relevant research findings at home and abroad.Results reveal that more than half of the interviewed e-sports athletes had sports injury symptoms,and most injuries occurred to neck,shoulder,back and hand,and the rate of receiving medical treatment after injury was low.The causes of e-sports injuries include body posture,training time,depressive mood etc.The injury mechanism is related to muscle tension and the resultant mechanical deformation after maintaining the same posture for a long time,which affect the metabolism and material circulation of muscle.The main coping methods start lrom the prevention and rehabilitation treatment,including maintaining correct body posture,using related equipment that conform to ergonomics,applying different treatment methods and having functional training.
