摘要
目的探讨基于问题的学习(problem-based Learning,PBL)教学法对中药房住院医师中药实践能力培养的效果评价。方法选取2021年1月—2022年1月湖南中医药高等专科学校附属第一医院(湖南省直中医医院)进行规范化培训的中药房住院医师30名作为对照组;另外选取2022年2月—2023年2月中药房住院医师30名作为观察组,两组住院医师分别给予传统教学方法和PBL教学法。对比两组住院医师理论知识和实践技能操作和教学效果。结果观察组理论考核、实践考核分数均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组教学模式满意度、专业能力、沟通和人际交往能力、学术能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PBL教学法应用于中药房住院医师中的应用效果优于传统的带教模式,可提升其理论考核和实践能力,在教学过程当中取得了较好的教学效果。
Objective To explore the effect evaluation of problem-based Learning(PBL)teaching method on the training of Chinese medicine practice ability of residents in TCM pharmacy.Methods 30 resident physicians of TCM pharmacy who received standardized training from the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan College of Traditional Chinese Medicine(Hunan Provincial Direct Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine)from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the control group;in addition,30 resident doctors in the pharmacy from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the observation group,and the two groups were respectively given traditional teaching method and PBL teaching method.Compare the two groups of resident doctros'theoretical knowledge and practical skills operation and teaching effect.Results The theoretical and practical scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of teaching mode satisfaction,professional ability,communication and interpersonal ability and academic ability of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of PBL teaching method in TCM pharmacy residents is better than the traditional teaching mode,which can improve their theoretical assessment and practical ability,and achieve good teaching effect in the teaching process.
