330 MW热电联产机组无电泵启动技术及应用

摘要 某电厂为解决本厂热电联产机组启动过程中的能耗过高问题,提出了无电泵启动技术。在对机组给水系统连接及控制逻辑分析论证后,将该技术在本厂1#机组实施应用。实施结果表明,热电联产机组完全可以实现无电泵启动技术应用,该技术不仅有效降低了机组启动过程的厂用能耗,还提高了机组给水系统安全系数,并减少了机组启动过程中的操作量,对于火力发电厂成本控制、提升机组经济水平有较好的借鉴意义。 In order to solve the problem of high power consumption of the electric feed pump during the start-ups of two cogeneration units in a thermal power plant,the pump-free start-up technology is proposed.After the analytic demonstration of the hardware connection and control logic of the water supply system of the units,the technology is applied in unit 1of the power plant.The results of implementation show that the cogeneration unit can completely realize the application of the pump-free start-up technology.The technology effectively reduces the energy consumption of the power plant during the start-up process of the unit,improves the safety factor of its water supply system,and decreases operation acts during the start-up process of the unit,which provides reference for the cost control of the thermal power plant and economical efficiency of the unit.
