摘要
针对燃煤机组停备时间增加和启动日益频繁的现状,结合600 MW超临界燃煤机组的结构特点和启动方式,从停机保养、设备改造和关键辅机运行方式优化着手进行研究和应用实践,取得了明显效果。降低了机组启动时的电耗、煤耗和水耗,提高了经济性,提升了机组在电力市场化环境中的综合竞争力。
In view of the increase of shutdown time and the increasing frequency of startup of coal-fired units, combining with the structural characteristics and startup mode of 600 MW supercritical coal-fired units, the research and application practice were carried out from the aspects of shutdown maintenance, equipment renovation and optimization of the operation mode of key auxiliary engines, and obvious results were obtained. It reduces the power consumption, coal consumption and water consumption when the unit starts up, improves the economy, and improves the comprehensive competitiveness of the unit in the power market environment.
