摘要 胡元会教授运用中医理论辨治房颤,强调本虚,尤重气阴,邪实方面权衡风、火、痰、瘀,提倡病证结合、因人制宜,善用角药,且主张运用“治未病”理论防治房颤,在缩短阵发性房颤复律时间、改善持续性房颤和永久性房颤临床症状、延长窦律时间、减少并发症及房颤复发等方面均具有优势。
