摘要
“双碳”背景下,发电企业面临着低碳发展和转型升级的严峻挑战。研究发电侧建设大数据中心具有现实意义和重要的战略意义。结合我国大数据中心发展趋势和社会需求,提出了“发电侧+大数据中心”的创新发展模式,通过对其商业模式、效益评估、竞争优势及可实现途径、电力大数据应用、综合效益的可持续发展等5个方面的系统剖析,给出了以电厂为主要承建单位和落地场景的实施方案。该创新模式实现盈利的主要途径为发挥电价优势、多能互补以及利益相关方联营;可持续发展途径包括智慧能源服务、综合能源服务以及大数据综合业务服务。
Power generation enterprises are facing low-carbon development and transformation and upgrading of the severe challenge in"double-carbon"background.It is of practical and strategic significance to study the construction of big data center in power generation side.According to the development trend and social demand of big data center in our country,this paper puts forward the innovative development mode of"power generation side+big data center",through the systematic analysis of its business model,benefit evaluation,competitive advantages and realizable ways,the application of big data in electric power and the sustainable development of comprehensive benefits,the implementation scheme of taking the power plant as the main construction unit and the landing scene is given,the main ways to realize the profit and the sustainable development strategy of the innovative mode are discussed,and the final answer is how to give full play to the advantages of the power plant,get a reasonable return on big data centers and related industries.It is the most suitable development form of"generation side+IDC"model to give play to the superiority of electricity price and multi-energy complementation,and the future direction of"generation side+IDC"model is integrated intelligent energy.The integrated service capability of Big Data is the sustainable development approach of"generation side+IDC".
