摘要
多站融合是泛在电力物联网建设的基础保障,也是打造新兴业务市场,实现绿色低碳发展的重要支撑,其发展已步入深水区,面临商业模式及发展路径不明晰的问题。文章论述了多站融合的内涵及特点,重点基于运作模式、业务体系两方面论述多站融合的商业模式,并结合项目实例验证所提商业模式的可行性。基于此,结合平安城市分析了多站融合的典型应用场景及其应用价值,并从战略和策略两个层面提出'政府引导,企业运作'以及'核心基础业务先行,带动全产业链协同,助力城市级创新'的发展路径,促进多站融合深入推广和应用。
Multi-station integration is the basic guarantee for the ubiquitous Internet of Things on Electricity(IoTE)construction.It is also the important support for building an emerging business market and realizing green and low-carbon development.Its development has entered into the deep water,facing the problem of unclear business mode and development path.This paper discusses the connotation and characteristics of multi-station integration,and the focus is the business mode which is consist of operation mode and business system.Meanwhile,the feasibility of the proposed business mode is verified by the project example.Based on this and combined with The Safe City,the typical application scenario of multi-station integration and its application value are analyzed.From the two levels of policy and strategy',Government guidance and enterprise operation'and'Core basic business move first,drive the collaboration of the whole industry chain and helping urban innovation'are proposed,designed to promote the application of multi-station integration.
