摘要
通过对采煤工作面使用的绞车变频控制系统进行研究,结合设备的空间布局以及爆炸性环境相关行业标准要求,研发了一款布局紧凑、冷却效果良好的隔爆变频控制箱。运用三维制图软件自带的Simulation插件对箱体在1 MPa压力下的静应力进行仿真分析,并对箱体结构进行优化设计。优化后,该控制箱可以完全满足整机使用要求,同时为具备变频控制功能的智能煤机设备控制箱提供设计参考。
Through the study of frequency conversion control system of winch in working face,and combinaed with the equipment spatial layout and relevant industry standards requirements of explosive environment,a flameproof frequency conversion control box with compact layout and good cooling effect was developed.Used the Simulation plug-in of 3D drawing software,the static stress of the box body under 1 MPa pressure was simulated and analyzed,and the box structure was optimized.After optimization,the control box can fully meet the use requirements of the whole machine,provide a design reference for the intelligent coal machine control box with frequency conversion control function.
