摘要
针对矿用隔爆外壳展开强度设计研究,通过理论计算和有限元计算得出了KDW65B隔爆外壳单板强度,通过有限元计算得出了KDW65B隔爆外壳组件强度,并对两者进行了对比分析研究,给出了KDW65B隔爆外壳强度设计方案,并为其他矿用隔爆外壳强度设计提供了参考依据。
The strength design of flameproof enclosure was studied,the singleton strength of KDW65B flameproof enclosure obtained through theoretical calculation and finite element calculation and the subassembly strength of KDW65B flameproof enclosure obtained through finite element calculation were compared and analyzed.The strength design scheme of KDW65B flameproof shell was given,and the reference experience was provided for strength design of the other mine flameproof enclosure.
